Overview
TraderBlaid ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using TraderBlaid, you agree to this policy.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed to operate the service:
- –Your email address and password (for account creation and authentication)
- –Session data — trade signals, rule checks, and session timing captured by the Chrome extension during your active trading sessions
- –Subscription and billing information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers)
- –Basic usage data (session counts, feature usage) for product improvement
How we use your data
- –To provide the core service — real-time coaching, session reviews, and account management
- –To generate AI analysis of your sessions using Anthropic's Claude API
- –To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
- –To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
Third-party services
We use the following third-party providers to operate the service:
- –Supabase — secure database and authentication infrastructure
- –Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis of your session data. Session content is sent to Anthropic's API under their standard privacy terms and is not used to train their models
- –Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your full card details
- –Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your trading data to build models, train AI, or sell insights. Your data is yours.
Data retention
Your session data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level access controls on your data. We do not store passwords in plain text.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- –Access the data we hold about you
- –Request correction of inaccurate data
- –Request deletion of your account and associated data
- –Export your session data

Changes to this policy
