By creating an account or using TraderBlaid ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
TraderBlaid is an AI-powered trading discipline tool. It uses a Chrome extension and an AI coaching layer to help traders identify behavioral patterns and stick to their own rules. The Service is provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only.
Not financial advice
Nothing in TraderBlaid constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
The Service does not recommend any specific trades, instruments, strategies, or positions. All trading decisions are yours alone. Past performance of any coaching or analysis is not indicative of future results. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss.
Your account
- –You must be 18 or older to use the Service
- –You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- –You must not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of another person
- –You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive 3 free trial sessions with no credit card required. After the trial:
- –Continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription at the current listed price
- –Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled
- –You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- –Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods where a technical issue on our end prevented access
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- –Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
- –Use the Service in a way that could damage or impair its operation
- –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- –Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding in the Service is owned by TraderBlaid. You retain ownership of your trading data. We do not claim any rights to your data beyond what is needed to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderBlaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at
support@traderblaid.app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
